Riley-Trades:

The platform operates as a technical logic engine (“RTEngine”) that analyzes market data using predefined indicators such as VWAP, RSI, and EMA.
All outputs—including “Intel Notes,” signals, or trade suggestions—are informational in nature only.

Riley-Trades may integrate with third-party brokerage platforms, including but not limited to Alpaca.
By connecting a brokerage account:
- You authorize Riley-Trades to interact with your account via API
- You retain full ownership and responsibility for all trades
- All trade executions occur through the brokerage, not Riley-Trades
Riley-Trades:
- Does not hold funds
- Does not execute trades independently
- Does not custody assets
4. 🧠 Deterministic Engine Disclosure
Riley-Trades operates on deterministic logic, meaning:
- Trades are triggered by predefined mathematical thresholds
- Outputs are based on technical indicators—not predictions or AI sentiment analysis
However:
- Market conditions are unpredictable
- No model guarantees performance
- Past performance does not indicate future results
